Sarbesh Man Singh is a Nepalese chef who is blending local ingredients and traditional dishes with a contemporary flair. He started his culinary journey in Melbourne. Mainly honing his skill at the Modern Peruvian restaurant Pastuso under Chef Alejandro Saravia, whose ethos and vision towards Peruvian cuisine inspired him to return back home and work towards developing a modern Nepalese cuisine. A Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne alumni. After running his Resturant Sana in jhamsikhel for three years, he is currently in the pop-events and consulting space.
